Rare Breed Golf Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Rare Breed Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. Please read our policy below:


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

  1. Initiate the Return or Exchange: Contact our Customer Service team at sales@rarebreedgolf.com to request a return or exchange authorization. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Ship Your Item(s): Once approved, package the item(s) securely and include your original packing slip. Use the return shipping label provided by Rare Breed Golf or arrange your own shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
  3. Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your package.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is approved and processed.
  • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, please specify the desired item, size, or color when initiating your request. We will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost (for U.S. orders).
  • If the desired item is no longer in stock, we will process a refund or assist you with selecting an alternative item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make things right by replacing the item or issuing a refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Rare Breed Golf does not cover return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.

Note to Customers: Items that do not meet the return criteria or are returned after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Rare Breed Golf reserves the right to reject any items that fail to meet return standards.
